1. Return and Exchange

Products once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit, provided that the products meet the below terms and conditions:

  • Products purchased are not eligible for return or exchange if:
  • Incorrect product has been delivered to user (e.g. product does not match order confirmation).
  • Product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Product received is damaged or has a shipping defect.

The product should be unused, in original condition with invoice, label, and packaging intact.

2. Exchange Process

If you want to exchange an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our team may ask for images or a video as proof of issue for verification. Please ensure the item is returned securely to avoid further damage.

  • We will guide you through the return procedure via email.
  • Exchange approval is subject to inspection.
  • Store credit will be offered if item is out of stock.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds, if any, will be processed within 5–7 working days from approval. Refund will be initiated only in case of a genuine error or damage, and only in the original mode of payment.

  • No cash refund will be issued unless otherwise approved.
  • Refunds can be denied if product is found tampered or used.
